Trip to Italy to Visit IST Colour Sorter Facility

What does the trip involve?

Day 1:

Fly out from a UK airport to Italy, to and from an airport of Perry of Oakley’s choice.

Visit the IST Colour Sorter facility to gain a deeper understanding of how the colour sorters work and their excellent level of efficiency & precision.

Lovely Italian evening meal out

Day 2:

Visit a local flour mill customer using an IST colour sorter.

Trip to the Ferrari Museum.

Return to the airport to fly back to the UK.

Who pays for what?

Either Perry of Oakley or IST will pay for:
Return plane tickets from the UK to Italy.
Accommodation and meals in Italy.

You need to pay for:

Your transport to the UK airport and airport parking costs.

Your travel insurance.

How do I qualify for the trip?

Your company must have a valid interest in purchasing a IST colour sorter.

This will be determined by:

  1. A Perry Area Sales Manager visiting your company, discussing your colour sorter requirements, and confirming the IST colour sorters can meet your needs.
  2. Your timeframe to purchasing a colour sorter being no greater than 12 months from the point the Sales Manager visits.

Dates of travel:

The dates of the trip will be determined by Perry of Oakley.

Cancellation

By you:

Should you qualify and book a place and cancel with less than 2 weeks notice you will have to pay for any costs Perrys or IST have incurred in booking travel and accommodation that they cannot get refunded.

By Perrys or IST:

Perrys and IST will attempt to minimise the risks of cancellation but they will inform you as quickly as possible if any cancellation/changes need to be made to the trip details.

How many people can go?

Places are limited to two per company.

 

You must have a valid UK passport with a minimum of 6 months validity remaining by date of travel.

IST Colour Sorters

The colour sorters range from 1 to 8 chutes with ~ 4-6tph capacity on wheat per chute.

These optical sorters are able to detect any defect in the inspected material, using digital cameras at high resolution able to distinguish 16 million colours and imperfections up to 0.09 mm.
